Facility Rental

Church building (excluding children’s rooms):

    • Rental cost: $350 for non-members, $250 for members or those active in the life of Servant’s Community Church (Neighbors are able to negotiate a lower rate through discussion with staff or deacons on a case-by-case basis).

    • Photos of: Sanctuary (with and without tables and chairs set up), kitchen, coffee area, entryway, at least one bathroom.

    • Offers: open space, stage platform, piano, audio/visual equipment available if needed, chairs and tables available if needed, small children’s area, and three bathrooms. Kitchen is serving/warming kitchen with fridge/freezer storage available as well as serving window, industrial coffee maker and carafes. Table linens and serving dishes not provided.

    • Max occupancy: 120

Children’s rooms:

  • Rental cost: $100 for non-member use, $50 for members or those active in the life of Servant’s Community Church.

  • Photos of: Mountain Room and Rainbow Room

  • Offers: attached bathroom, toys and play spaces, sensory calm down areas, climbing wall available with signed waiver.

  • Max occupancy: 20

Side yard:

    • Rental cost: $100 for non-member use, $50 for members or those active in the life of Servant’s Community Church.

    • Photos of: side yard and play equipment

    • Offers: picnic tables, benches, play equipment, and open space. Not included- water, electrical hookup up, or bathrooms.

    • Max occupancy: 50

Deposit:

    • 50% deposit of event rental costs due at the time of booking the event

    • Remainder of payment due 2 weeks before event

    • 25% of total for rental is non-refundable if event is canceled 7 days or less before scheduled event

Staff time (if available):

    • Suggested honorarium for Pastor $100-200

    • Suggested honorarium for Musician $100

    • Suggested honorarium for Sound Technician $100
